As a seasoned SAP EWM Functional Consultant, your role will be crucial in optimizing supply chain management, carrier management, transportation, and warehouse management processes. Your deep knowledge of SAP EWM and extensive experience in project management and application management will be instrumental in driving efficiency and excellence across the integrated supply chain domain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, design solutions, and implement best practices to support ambitious growth goals. • *Roles and Responsibilities:** - Implement and configure the SAP EWM module for the organization. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand warehouse management requirements, processes, and pain points. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design the SAP EWM solution. - Configure EWM settings, define warehouse structures, and map business processes. - Implement the designed solution by configuring various EWM components. - Collaborate with other SAP teams to ensure seamless integration between EWM and other modules. - Conduct system testing to validate the configured solution and perform end-to-end scenarios. - Provide training and support to end-users for a smooth transition to the new system. • *Must-Have Skills:** - Proven experience in SAP EWM on the functional side (3-6 years). - Good knowledge of SAP EWM configuration, business processes, and integration skills with other modules. - Experience in SAP S4 EWM support or implementation projects. - Extensive knowledge of supply chain management, transportation, and warehouse management processes. - Proficiency in SAP EWM configuration and customization. - Hands-on experience in setting up warehouse structure and various EWM components. - Knowledge and experience with integration between EWM and RF devices. - Good knowledge of replenishment process. • *Good to Have Skills:** - Certification in SAP EWM. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to present ideas in user-friendly language. - Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent relationship and customer handling skills. - Strategic thinker with strong influencing skills. - Strong action orientation and ability to make things happen. - Facilitation of team and stakeholder meetings effectively.
