Role Description We are looking for a detail-oriented SAP Executive to manage our end-to-end warehouse operations, documentation, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless SAP transactions, accurate billing, and strict adherence to safety and manpower protocols. **Core Responsibilities:** 1. SAP, Billing & Documentation • Manage SAP Sales Order release and perform customer balance checks. • Generate both SAP and manual loading slips. • Execute SAP GRN (Goods Receipt Note) following inward verification. • Handle shipment cost transfers and data uploads in Yoryo. • Generate ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) and maintain meticulous daily/monthly audit documentation. 2. Inventory Control • Conduct regular Stock Audits (SAP vs. Physical). • Perform bin card verification and WMS transactions. • Manage stock accounting for Mill-to-Warehouse shifting. • Monitor SAP material allocation and communicate discrepancies to the Sales Engineer (SE). 3. Dispatch & Coordination • Lead dispatch planning and vehicle arrangement. • Oversee Gate Coordination (Inward/Outward). • Verify invoices against loading quantities. • Generate and circulate daily Dispatch MIS reports. 4. Safety & Manpower Management • Conduct Safety Gemba rounds and TBTs. • Ensure 100% compliance with PPE, dress codes, and SOPs. • Manage incident/near-miss reporting and initiate Why-Why analysis for corrective actions. • Support casual labor monitoring and train new manpower on safety and emergency response. • Ensure all safety equipment (hydrants, extinguishers, exits) remains clear and operational. **Preferred Skills:** • Proficiency in SAP (Sales & Distribution/Material Management) and WMS. • Strong MIS reporting and data verification skills. • Experience in warehouse safety (Gemba) and dispatch logistics. **Qualification:** UG Graduate Function: Planning, Billing, MIS & SAP Operations Location: Sri City
