SAP Presales Consultant / Presales Manager

Experience: 4–7 years Location: Pune / India Reporting To: SAP Practice Head / Sales Head Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic SAP Presales Consultant / Presales Manager with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD, ERP, and IT presales to support sales and business development teams. The role focuses on solutioning, client requirement mapping, proposal support, demos, and bid management, working closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to drive successful deal closures. Key Responsibilities • Support end-to-end SAP presales activities including requirement discovery, solution mapping, and proposal preparation • Design and present SAP S/4HANA and SAP SD–based solutions aligned with client business processes • Prepare presales decks, GTM material, QPPS documents, and industry-specific solution presentations • Plan and deliver proof of concept (POC) and solution demonstrations • Support RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, Statements of Work (SOW), and bid management • Work closely with sales teams to support opportunity qualification and deal closure • Liaise with product and delivery teams to ensure feasibility and best-practice solutioning • Track market trends, emerging SAP technologies, and competitor offerings • Provide post-implementation support inputs and assist in end-user enablement planning Required Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in SAP Presales, Business Development, or ERP Solution Consulting • Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD, SAP ERP 6.0, SAP Business One, and SAP S/4HANA (conceptual + presales exposure) • Experience in client requirement mapping and business process understanding • Hands-on exposure to proposal creation, demos, bid management, and presales documentation • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Experience working in IT services / SAP consulting organizations Good to Have • SAP SD or SAP Business One certification • Exposure to cloud concepts (AWS basics) • Experience in key account management or customer success roles Please share your CV at hr@mindamend.net
