The Sleep Company seeks an agile and experienced SAP S / 4HANA Project & Automation Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives. This is a crucial, high-impact role responsible for the full lifecycle management of SAP projects, ensuring successful implementation and optimization across our core business functions : Finance, Production, Inventory, and Sales. The manager will drive process improvement by leveraging S / 4HANA capabilities and exploring opportunities for automation. 🎯 Key Responsibilities I. SAP S / 4HANA Project Leadership Project Leadership : Manage and execute end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects, primarily within the S / 4HANA environment. Module Integration : Act as the functional bridge and project lead, ensuring seamless process flow and data integrity across FI / CO, PP, MM, SD, and QM modules in a manufacturing and retail context. Business Alignment : Partner closely with business leaders (Manufacturing, Finance, Sales) to define requirements, re-engineer TO-BE processes, and ensure SAP solutions deliver tangible business value. II. Process Optimization & Automation Automation & Optimization : Identify manual efforts and introduce efficiency via SAP S / 4HANA functionalities, Fiori apps, and automation technologies (e.g., RPA / BTP). Delivery & Governance : Oversee project scope, timelines, resource allocation, quality assurance (testing), change management, and detailed documentation. 💼 Required Skills & Qualifications Experience : Minimum 6+ years of progressive experience in SAP environments, including a minimum of 2 years managing complex, full-lifecycle SAP projects. Technical Core : Demonstrated project experience with SAP S / 4HANA. Functional Expertise : Strong working knowledge of business processes and configuration impact across FI / CO, PP, MM, SD, and QM. Integration knowledge is crucial. Methodology : Familiarity with project methodologies like Agile, Hybrid, or SAP Activate. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, necessary for managing technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. Preferred : PMP / PRINCE2 or SAP certification is a plus.
