SAP S/4HANA Logistics Project Manager – India Rollout (On-site) Location: Pune & Belagavi, India (frequent on-site presence required) Start Date: April 2026 Contract Type: 9-12 months Workload: Part-time initially → Full-time from August 2026 Deployment: SAP S/4HANA On-Premise Project Overview We are supporting a global manufacturing organisation delivering a large-scale SAP S/4HANA template rollout across international locations. Following successful Finance integration into S/4HANA, the next phase focuses on migrating Logistics and Production operations in India onto an established global S/4HANA template. India currently operates separate local systems across multiple plants, and the programme now moves into execution, adoption, and alignment with global standards. This role is focused on delivery and execution, ensuring local processes are successfully aligned to the global template. Key Responsibilities • Lead SAP S/4HANA Logistics rollout activities across Indian manufacturing sites • Facilitate Fit-to-Template workshops with local business and IT stakeholders • Drive alignment of local processes to the global S/4HANA template • Coordinate logistics and production process adoption • Manage rollout execution across multiple plants • Oversee testing phases (integration, UAT, and business validation) • Ensure delivery milestones, timelines, and stakeholder alignment • Act as the bridge between global programme teams and local operations • Support change management and ensure adherence to programme standards Consultant Profile We are looking for a strong delivery-focused Project Manager who can operate confidently in a complex international environment. Required Experience: • Proven experience as SAP Logistics Project Manager on S/4HANA programmes • Demonstrated project delivery experience in India • Strong background in SAP Logistics domains (MM, PP, WM/EWM, or Supply Chain) • Experience delivering template-based rollouts • Hands-on leadership style — pragmatic and execution-focused • Experience working within global organisations and multicultural teams • Ability to drive structure, governance, and decision-making in dynamic environments • Strong stakeholder management skills across business and IT Highly Preferred: • Experience working with European or Swiss-headquartered organisations • Manufacturing or industrial sector background • Strong on-site leadership presence Project Timeline & Commitment • Mid-April – July 2026: Project planning & preparation (part-time engagement) • August 2026: Transition to full-time • September 2026: Official project kickoff with full delivery team Location & Travel • Frequent on-site presence required (approx. 3 days per week) • Primary locations: Pune and Belagavi, India • Travel and on-site expenses covered Key Focus of the Role This is not a design or architecture role.
