Responsibilities: - Provide support for Recruiting Management RCM and Onboarding ONB modules. - Assist in troubleshooting system issues. - Resolve configuration-related queries. - Work with HR teams to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process. - Optimize system performance by conducting regular health checks. - Document solutions. - Contribute to a knowledge base for issue resolution.
