Location: Navi Mumbai Experience: 2-4 Years Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Supply Chain / IT / Project Management preferred) Job Summary RBHU ETG Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive SCM Consultant to support Supply Chain IT and Analytics initiatives. The role involves coordinating cross-functional activities, supporting project execution, tracking KPIs, and ensuring smooth integration of IT systems within supply chain operations.Key Responsibilities• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of supply chain-related IT projects under PMO governance.• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including procurement, logistics, warehouse, IT, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.• Work on implementation, optimization, and monitoring of IT systems such as ERP, SCM, WMS, and TMS.• Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables using project management frameworks (PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile).• Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and performance metrics to enable data-driven decision-making.• Assist in process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions.• Support change management, user training, and system adoption activities.• Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business and operational goals.Key Skills & Competencies• Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.• Hands-on exposure to IT systems such as ERP, SCM, WMS, and TMS.• Working knowledge of Project Management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.• Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly to stakeholders.• Effective communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.(ref:iimjobs.com)
