Role Overview The Supply Chain Controller will be responsible for driving financial discipline, cost controls, and working capital efficiency across procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and manufacturing interfaces... Key Responsibilities: • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for supply chain and procurement... • Drive cost control and optimization across raw materials, packaging, logistics, and warehousing... • Strengthen inventory valuation, controls, and working capital management... • Design and enforce robust SOPs and internal controls across P2P, O2C, and warehouse operations... • Partner with Procurement, Operations, and Commercial teams on sourcing, vendor contracts, and capacity expansion... • Support ROI and investment appraisal for warehouses, kitchens, and supply initiatives... • Oversee finance operations for central warehouses and kitchens... • Drive automation and digitization using SAP, Power BI, Tableau, and analytics platforms... Qualifications & Experience: • Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory • 13–18 years of post-qualification experience in supply chain finance, controllership, or operations finance... • Strong expertise in cost accounting, MIS, inventory management, and financial governance... • Proven experience leading multi-location teams and driving transformation initiatives...
