We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Scrum Master with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Management to support our global digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading Agile delivery teams, ensuring the timely and successful implementation of SAP solutions, and driving best practices across the supply chain domain. This role requires a unique combination of Agile leadership, SAP functional knowledge, and strong supply chain process understanding to effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders, IT teams, and delivery partners. Key Responsibilities: Agile Leadership & Facilitation • Act as Scrum Master for one or more SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain project teams. • Facilitate core Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives. • Promote Agile values, principles, and practices, ensuring teams deliver high-quality solutions. SAP Project Delivery • Support the SAP Activate methodology for S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects. • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and SAP Functional Consultants to maintain a well-prioritized backlog. • Drive cross-functional collaboration across modules such as MM, SD, PP, WM, EWM, IBP, and TM. • Ensure project deliverables meet quality, scope, budget, and timeline requirements. Stakeholder & Team Management • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT, and project delivery teams. • Provide visibility into progress, risks, and impediments to senior leadership. • Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to embrace Agile ways of working. Continuous Improvement • Measure team performance using key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput, capacity). • Identify improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to optimize delivery. • Encourage innovation, knowledge sharing, and best practice adoption within teams.
