SDE-3 Frontend Engineer

About the job

As an SDE-3 Frontend Engineer, you will own UI architecture, scale core frontend systems, and lead engineering standards across the org. You will partner with leadership to define technical strategy and deliver best-in-class user experiences. **Roles & Responsibilities** • Define and evolve frontend architecture across multiple product surfaces. • Lead performance, accessibility, and design-system initiatives. • Create scalable component libraries and contribute to design systems. • Partner with backend teams for API design and data access patterns. • Establish frontend guidelines, testing standards, and CI / CD best practices. • Lead frontend migration / upgrades (React 18, Server Components, etc.). • Collaborate with Product & Design on roadmap and technical decisions. • Drive observability & monitoring for UI systems. **Education & Desired Qualifications** • 6–10+ years of frontend experience in high-scale product companies. • Deep expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and frontend architecture. • Experience building design systems or micro-frontend architectures. • Strong system design + UI platform design experience. • Proven leadership / mentoring capabilities.
