SDE- III Backend

About the job

Responsibilities • Own and drive the design and architecture of complex backend systems. • Mentor junior engineers (SDE-1/2). • Identify technical debt and drive long-term engineering improvements. • Make architecture-level decisions with cross-team impact. • Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security at scale. • Collaborate with stakeholders (product, infra, business) to align technical goals. • Conduct deep design and code reviews, and enforce standards. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 6-8+ years of experience in backend development with a proven track record of leading engineering teams. • Strong experience with backend language, i.e., Node.js. • Experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL), caching systems, and RESTful APIs. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B. Tech), or related technical field. • Hands-on experience designing and scaling backend services and APIs. • Proven ability to own large systems end-to-end with minimal oversight.
