ROLE: SDR – STRATEGIC LEAD GENERATION Location : Baner, Pune Who We Are At AIM, we’re building a focused, high-performance growth engine. We’re not chasing vanity metrics. Why This Role Exists Outbound today is broken in many companies. Too much automation. Too little thought. At AIM, we want to do it differently. What You’ll Be Responsible For: • Researching and identifying high-value accounts • Mapping decision-makers and stakeholders • Writing thoughtful, personalized outreach • Following structured outreach cadences • Booking qualified meetings • Maintaining clean CRM discipline • Sharing insights from conversations with leadership You won’t be asked to spam 500 emails a day. You will be asked to think. What We’re Looking For: • 1–4 years in SDR/BDR/lead gen role • Strong written communication • Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers • Curiosity and discipline • Comfort with tools like Sales Navigator and CRM systems • Coachability and ambition Who This Role Is For: • Someone who reads before reaching out • Someone who personalizes intelligently • Someone who tracks patterns and improves messaging • Someone who wants to grow into AE or Growth roles You’ll work closely with leadership. You’ll learn fast. You’ll see how enterprise conversations actually happen.
