Role Overview We are looking for a high-energy SDR with strong experience selling into the US market. This is a front-line role focused on outbound prospecting, cold calling, qualification, and booking high-quality meetings for the sales team. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to US-based prospects primary channel - Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP criteria - Book qualified meetings for Account Executives/Founders - Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM - Follow structured call scripts while adapting messaging based on prospect responses - Collaborate with marketing and GTM teams to improve messaging and targeting - Consistently meet or exceed daily calling, connect, and meeting-booked targets Must-Have Requirements - Minimum 3 years of US outbound calling experience mandatory - Strong verbal communication skills with neutral clear accent - Comfortable with calling-heavy roles (this is not an email-only SDR role) - Experience selling to US SaaS B2B decision-makers is a strong plus - Willing to work from office in Gurgaon - Comfortable working US time zones - Target-driven mindset with strong resilience and work ethic Good-to-Have - Experience using CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) - Prior experience in SaaS, MarTech, or B2B services - Familiarity with outbound tools (dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) What We Offer - Opportunity to work at a fast-growing VC-backed startup - Clear growth path into Senior SDR/AE roles - Exposure to US founders, GTM leaders, and high-quality sales conversations - Competitive fixed and performance-based incentives - High-ownership, high-learning environment with strong leadership access Who Will Succeed Here - You like talking to people - a lot - You take pride in disciplined execution - You care about outcomes, not excuses - You want to grow with a company, not just hold a job
