Role description Security Program Manager (Manager – Secure-by-Design Program) Description / Key Responsibilities - Own execution of the Secure-by-Design initiative across projects and verticals - Work with Sales to review SOWs and scope security requirements upfront - Identify security needs per project (App, Data, Cloud, AI) and plan TAG engagement - Coordinate TAG resources across multiple customer projects - Track security risks, gaps, and remediation status across deliveries - Report program status, risks, and adoption metrics to leadership - Enable consistent security scoping to avoid unplanned delivery delays Must-Have Skills - 8–12+ years in program/project management in tech, cloud, or security domains - Experience working across Sales, Delivery, Architecture, and Security teams - Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills Good-to-Have Skills - Program governance & metrics - Security scoping & risk assessment - Agile / delivery lifecycle understanding - SOW / contract review exposure Education & Certifications - Engineering / Management degree - PMP / PgMP / SAFe (preferred) - Security or cloud fundamentals certification (nice to have)
