Job Description: Semi-Qualified Professional – Finance associates Location: Ernakulam No of candidate: 2 nos Qualification & Experience • B.Com / M.Com /CA-Inter / CMA-Inter or equivalent Budget • 50-60K (4–6 years of relevant experience) 1. AFM – Accounts & Corporate Compliance Key Responsibilities • Support statutory audits with schedules and data. • Support GST auditor with schedules and data. • Support in the preparation of the Financial Statements and Disclosure requirements • Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation workings as per applicable GAAP, and Standards • Support CFO in month-end Book closure process. • Providing monthly statutory compliance reports to CFO. • Support Company Secretary in filing ROC/MCA compliances. • Support in Implementation and testing the IFC controls. Required Skills • Strong knowledge of Income Tax Act, GST, Labour laws, and Companies Act. • Good Knowledge in IFC controls and Risk management process • Tally/ERP experience. • Good documentation and communication. 2. AFM – Costing & Inventory management. Key Responsibilities • Support manufacturing finance operations. • Track raw material issues, WIP, finished goods. • Reconcile physical vs book stock (gold, diamonds, consumables). • Evaluate production loss/wastage and report exceptions. • Prepare daily/weekly costing reports for management. • Work with Job work service provider and Overseeing Casting, Manufacturing process • Overseeing the Barcoding and FG issue to retail stores. • Inventory Movement between Showrooms and Zonal office. • Overseeing the Physical verification process including the Locker management for precious metals and Stones. Required Skills • Good understanding of costing systems and Inventory valuation methods. • Strong Tally/ERP skills (Inventory module knowledge of Tally is Added advantage and must) • Accurate inventory reconciliation capabilities.
