About the job
1. Accounting & Finance Support ▪ Record daily journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers. ▪ Assist in the preparation of financial statements and MIS reports. ▪ Reconcile monthly bank statements with internal records. ▪ Handle accounts payable/receivable and vendor invoicing. 2. Statutory & Compliance Assistance ▪ Support in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other tax returns. ▪ Ensure accuracy in compliance records and audit documentation. ▪ Maintain up-to-date and audit-ready documentation. 3. Software Usage & Reporting • Use Tally ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, and MS Excel effectively. • Maintain both digital and physical records in a structured format.
