About the job

The Role As a Senior Account Manager, you serve as both a strategic partner to clients and a leader within the RECA team. You don't just keep projects on track, you help shape the creative and strategic direction of each account. You anticipate needs, guide clients toward best practices, and elevate the work by connecting business goals with strong creative execution. You also support junior account managers, helping establish processes, improve communication, and ensure consistency across accounts. What You'll Do Manage up to 5 key client accounts, owning the relationship, strategy, and overall success of each engagement. Lead high-level strategy conversations, content planning, and quarterly roadmap development to keep clients aligned with best practices. Facilitate client check-ins, reviews, and presentations with proactive, clear communication. Guide designers and creative teams to ensure all deliverables support brand goals, strategic direction, and campaign performance. Oversee boards, timelines, and deliverables at a higher level, ensuring smooth workflows across accounts. Review and refine quarterly KPI reports, offering insights and future-focused recommendations. Manage complex client or project challenges and step in to guide internal teams toward solutions. Mentor Account Managers and support onboarding of new clients or team members to maintain consistent processes and communication. Identify opportunities for account growth, expanded scopes, and new creative initiatives. Keep client materials, calendars, briefs, and documentation organized and accessible, modeling high-level operational excellence. What We're Looking For Experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or digital account management, preferably in an agency environment. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to guide clients through big-picture decisions, content planning, and campaign direction. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead high-level client conversations. Proven ability to build and maintain trusted client partnerships, even in fast-paced or high-pressure environments. A strong eye for brand alignment and creative quality across all deliverables. High-level time management skills — balancing multiple accounts, launches, and timelines while keeping teams aligned. Experience leading or mentoring others, even informally, through process guidance, review, or cross-team coordination. Ability to work autonomously, make informed decisions, and anticipate client or project needs before they arise. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to turn feedback, data, and trends into actionable strategy. Bonus Points Familiarity with Slack or similar communication/project management tools Experience leading account teams or supporting junior account managers. Background in social media analytics or KPI interpretation. Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
