Senior Account Manager

About the job

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead and manage the company's overall accounting and financial operations. The role requires strong command over GST, taxation, compliance, and import-export transactions, along with the ability to independently handle accounts up to finalization. This is a leadership-level role requiring accuracy, regulatory knowledge, and financial discipline. Key Responsibilities: Manage complete company accounts up to finalization and audit support. Oversee GST compliance (returns, reconciliation, input credit management). Handle direct and indirect taxation matters. Manage import-export accounting transactions, including documentation and compliance. Supervise accounts receivable, payable, and banking transactions. Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, MIS, and reports. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and statutory authorities. Monitor statutory compliance and ensure adherence to financial regulations. Oversee TDS, advance tax, and other statutory payments. Maintain financial controls and improve accounting processes. Mandatory Skills & Requirements: 8–10 years of experience in handling company accounts. Qualification: CA / GDCA / Inter CA / equivalent finance degree. Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, and statutory compliance. Hands-on experience in import-export accounting and related documentation. Experience in finalization of accounts and audit handling. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP). Strong analytical and leadership skills.
