This role is critical for driving customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships. 🎯 Key Responsibilities • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and strategic accounts. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve growth targets. • Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports. • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding client services. • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and operations) to meet client needs. • Resolve client issues efficiently and maintain strong long-term partnerships. • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to advise clients. ✅ Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. • 5+ years experience in account management, key account management, or sales. • Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts. • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills. • Ability to analyze data and track account performance metrics. • Excellent problem-solving skills and client-focused mindset. 🌟 Preferred Qualifications • Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or professional services. • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). • Experience leading cross-functional account teams. • Ability to develop strategic account plans and drive long-term growth.
