Senior Accountant

About the job

In this role, you will be responsible for a full set of accounting books relating to intercompany transactions for APAC countries, participating in monthly management reporting, auditing, and regulatory compliance. You will perform accounts receivables activities for APAC countries. As a Finance Shared Service – Senior Accountant, you will: • Be responsible for oversight of all intercompany transactions and processes, including compliance with intercompany transfer pricing agreements. • Review intercompany payments prepared by AP. • Ensure intercompany balances are confirmed with counterparties before the month close process is completed. • Ensure all IC transactions are recorded on time. • Ensure intercompany balances are reconciled at each month-end and financial year-end. • Prepare and send the Monthly statement of accounts to client for accelerating the collection process. • Prepare the AR aging report on a weekly basis and send to stakeholders. • Handle queries from clients and internal stakeholders. • Perform credit card reconciliation and GL clearing regularly. • Assist in monthly management report analysis relating to intercompany transactions and accounts receivables. • Assist in monthly rolling forecast process relating to intercompany transactions. • Participate in annual statutory Audit.
