Senior Financial Leader Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to lead our accounting operations. This is a remote role with opportunities to work closely with senior stakeholders across geographies and lead a distributed team. • Manage accounting operations for US-based clients/entities, including monthly/quarterly/annual closing under US GAAP. • Lead and supervise a team of accountants; manage work allocation, performance reviews, and training. • Review and finalize financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger activities. Key Requirements: • Qualified Accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent). • At least 8 years of experience in accounting and finance. • Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the finance and accounting department.
