Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role based in Sanand, Gujarat. The Senior Accountant will oversee and manage all financial activities, including preparing budgets, financial statements, audits, and tax filings. The role involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations, monitoring company expenses, and supporting strategic financial planning. The Senior Accountant will collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate financial records, and provide detailed reports to aid in decision-making. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting • Experience in tax compliance, auditing, and regulatory reporting • Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills • Knowledge about UL, CSA, CE, RoHS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TS 16949 Experience • 4+ years of professional accounting experience • Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus Responsibilities • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations within the manufacturing unit. • Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements. • Ensure compliance with industry-specific financial regulations. • Maintain accurate records of financial activities and transactions. • Assist in budget preparation and expense management. • Monitor financial performance and identify areas of improvement. • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits. • Support the finance team with forecasting and financial planning.
