Key duties include reconciling financial discrepancies, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. The role also involves monitoring and optimizing accounting processes, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to support financial operations. Qualifications • Strong expertise in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis. • Proficiency in Accounting Standards, Taxation, and Auditing principles. • Advanced knowledge of Accounting Software and Excel. • Attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Relevant certifications, such as CPA or equivalent, are preferred but not mandatory. • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and excellent communication skills. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
