Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive 📍 Location: Chembur, Mumbai 🏢 Organization: NCS & Co (Mangalore-based CA firm with a growing Mumbai presence) About Us We are a Mangalore-based Chartered Accountancy firm with multiple offices across south India, now strengthening our presence in Mumbai. For our Chembur office, we are looking for a capable and driven professional to join our team. Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Accounts Executive with relevant experience in a CA firm, who can independently manage accounting, taxation, and compliance functions while working closely with clients. Key Responsibilities • Handling end-to-end accounting for assigned clients • Preparation and finalization of financial statements • Managing Income Tax compliances including return filing and basic notices • Handling GST compliances – returns, reconciliations, and support • Client coordination for data collection and query resolution • Assisting in audits to juniors and ensuring timely execution of assignments • Maintaining accuracy, timelines, and compliance standards Eligibility Criteria • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm • Strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST, and accounting concepts • Good communication and client management skills • Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients Preferred / Added Advantage • Working knowledge of tools like Zoho Books, Tally, or similar platforms • Exposure to MIS reporting / automation / process improvements • Experience in handling a diverse client base What We Offer • Opportunity to be part of a growing Mumbai office • Exposure to clients across industries • Learning-driven and growth-focused environment • Direct interaction with leadership and senior professionals How to Apply Interested candidates may share their resume at: career@ncsco.in
