Senior Accounts Manager

About the job

Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance & Accounts - Minimum 3 years of managerial experience - Minimum 2 years of MFI (Microfinance) experience preferred - Min qualification: MCom/B com/CA Inter - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to independently handle company finance - Capable of leading and managing a finance team Key Responsibilities: - Oversee complete financial operations of the company - Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other regulatory filings - Ensure accurate and timely GST return filing and TDS return filing - Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports - Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning - Monitor cash flow and fund management - Handle banking transactions and maintain strong banking relationships - Coordinate internal and external audits - Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies - Lead and supervise the accounts & finance team Skills Required: - Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and taxation - Proficiency in accounting software - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong leadership and team handling capacity - Good communication and interpersonal skills
