Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Admission Counsellor – Inside Sales located in Coimbatore. The Senior Admission Counsellor will guide prospective students through the admission process, address their queries, and assist them in selecting the most suitable study abroad program. The role involves conducting consultations, converting inquiries into enrollments, maintaining strong relationships with prospective students, and collaborating with teams to achieve enrollment targets. Exceptional communication and sales skills are key to excelling in this role. Qualifications • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales operations • Ability to counsel prospective students effectively and assist in decision-making • Sales-driven mindset with prior experience in inside sales or admissions processes • Organizational and multitasking skills to manage a high volume of inquiries • Experience in the education or study abroad industry is preferred but not mandatory • Proactive approach with the ability to meet and exceed targets • Bachelor’s degree in any field; a postgraduate degree is an added advantage
