Senior Advisor – AI Engineering | Remote | Permanent Role | Product-Based Company Job Title : Senior Advisor – AI Engineering 📍 Location : Remote 💼 Employment Type : Permanent (Full-Time) 🏢 Company Type : Product-Based Organization Role Overview : • Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art Generative AI solutions across GCP, Azure, and AWS • Drive production-grade AI deployments for products and business stakeholders • Apply deep expertise in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, and RAG pipelines Key Responsibilities : • Design and deploy Generative AI solutions using Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI (GPT), AWS Nova • Build and maintain scalable AI pipelines , including : • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines • Vector databases • Embedding models • Perform prompt engineering and apply best practices for optimal model performance • Implement and optimize AI / ML workflows on cloud platforms : • GCP : Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Pub / Sub, Observability • Azure & AWS AI services • Conduct model fine-tuning, evaluation, and experimentation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and applications • Ensure scalability, robustness, and technical excellence in AI systems • Stay current with emerging Generative AI trends and best practices Required Qualifications : • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML , or related field • 10+ years of AI / ML experience, including 2+ years in Generative AI • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms : • GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Pub / Sub) • Azure OpenAI / Azure Foundry • AWS Bedrock • Strong expertise in : • Prompt engineering • Embeddings • RAG pipelines • Vector databases • Proficient in Python and ML frameworks : Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow • Experience with MLOps, AI pipelines, and model lifecycle management • Proven experience in model fine-tuning, optimization, evaluation, and deployment • Strong understanding of production-ready AI systems and data pipelines • Ability to consult and partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions Preferred Skills : • Experience with vector databases : Pinecone, Chroma • Familiarity with RAG frameworks • Knowledge of MLOps, CI / CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes • Strong communication, presentation, and advisory skills • Background in AI consulting, innovation labs, or R&D • Healthcare domain experience (nice to have)
