Company Description Bidshade is App Marketing Organization working with Direct Brands and other agencies across the globe to deliver the quality traffic for their apps. Role Description This is a full-time on-site/ Hybrid role for a Senior Affiliate Manager, located in Noida. The Senior Affiliate Manager will oversee affiliate campaigns, manage and expand affiliate networks, build and nurture strong relationships with partners, and drive growth and revenue. Other responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, optimizing affiliate marketing strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to align campaigns with business goals. This role includes bringing Direct campaigns as well as delivering those campaigns, maintaining overall profitability from your set of campaigns from Month 1. Qualifications• Proven expertise in Affiliate Management, Performance Marketing and Account Management for CPL / CPI / CPA models.• Strong Communication and Sales skills to establish and maintain relationships with partners• Experience with Online Marketing techniques and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns for growth.• Experience of running campaigns via programmatic platforms , DSP's , Adexchange and OEM's.• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on MMP Platforms like Appsflyer , Branch , Adjust ,Kochava and on Partner marketing platforms like Trackier and Affise .• Experience in the Ad Tech or digital advertising industry for minimum of 5+ Years.
