Role Overview – Senior Affiliate Sales Manager Location: Noida, Sector 63 Experience: 2–3 Years Work Mode: Full-time, On-site Compensation: As per company norms (Key Responsibilities) 1. Bring in New Clients Globally: • You will be the person who finds and convinces new major brands and agencies from all over the world over every vertical to work with TheAdzPlug. • Your main focus is getting them to spend their affiliate marketing money (or "performance budgets") with us. • You must use your existing network of contacts to quickly start getting new business. • You need to get more and more budgets from every client, both new and old. • Must have strong connections in the market. 2. Be a Market Expert: • You need to know what's happening in the performance marketing world, especially in the US, UK, and Israel markets. • You'll check the market to see which brands are about to grow and need more marketing help, then you go after them! • You'll talk to our internal team about which campaigns they want and then go find those specific brands for us. 3. Help the Sales Team: • You will help guide and teach a smaller sales team. Think of yourself as a coach! • You will help them close deals, talk to clients, and hit their targets. 4. Manage and Close Deals: • You are in charge of every step of the sale, from the first call to signing the final contract. • Timely validations & Payments. • You need to be good at negotiating the best deal for both the client and our company. What You Need to Have: • Experience: 2-3 years working in sales for digital or performance marketing. • Proof of Success: You must be able to show us how you have successfully signed up big brands and agencies before. • Global Knowledge: The ability to work with and sign clients from different countries (all geos). • Market Focus: Very strong knowledge of the US, UK, IN and Israel markets is a must. • Great Contacts: You need an existing list of brands or agency contacts you can reach out to right away. • Good Communicator: You must be great at talking, presenting, and writing emails clearly.
