Job Description: Title: Senior Agentic AI Engineer Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India Experience: 5-8 years in AI/ML, with 2-3 years directly on Generative AI or Agentic Systems. About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agentic AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be instrumental in developing, optimizing, and deploying sophisticated Agentic AI models, working closely with LLMs/SLMs to create intelligent systems that solve complex business problems for our digital products. Key Responsibilities: Agent Development: • Design, develop, and implement various components of AI agents, including planning modules, tool integration, memory systems, and reasoning engines. LLM/SLM Integration: • Manage and monitor integration and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs) to power agent capabilities, focusing on performance, cost, and specific task requirements. Prompt Engineering & RAG: • Develop and optimize prompt strategies and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance agent knowledge and accuracy. Tooling & Orchestration: • Utilize and contribute to agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) to build robust and modular agent systems. Evaluation & Testing: • Develop and implement rigorous testing methodologies and evaluation metrics for agent performance, reliability, and safety, including adversarial testing. Code Quality & Best Practices: • Ensure high code quality, maintainability, and adherence to engineering best practices throughout the development lifecycle. Collaboration: • Work collaboratively with the startups and partners of MSIL to develop GenAI systems. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field. • 5-8 years of experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML applications. • 2-3 years of hands-on experience developing with Generative AI models, LLMs, or agentic systems. • Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers). • Practical experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning LLMs. • Experience with agent development frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex). • Familiarity with MLOps concepts and tools for deploying and monitoring AI models. • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience building and deploying AI agents in production environments. • Knowledge of different multi-agent architectures and communication protocols. • Understanding of ethical considerations in AI and strategies for bias mitigation.
