Role Overview: As a Senior AI & Automation Developer at EY, you will be responsible for leading advanced projects utilizing technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), IDP, NLP, Azure Functions, Python, Graph and Vector Databases. Your role will involve designing and implementing enterprise-grade AI solutions, guiding junior team members, and ensuring technical excellence in all projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of AI & Automation solutions in alignment with business objectives - Architect and deploy Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Points of View (POVs) across various industry verticals - Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into enterprise systems and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) - Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and solution roadmaps - Mentor junior developers and advocate for best practices in AI development and deployment - Stay abreast of emerging technologies and drive innovation within projects Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML and automation development - Strong expertise in Python and related frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Langchain, MLflow - Hands-on experience with LLMs like GPT-3/4, BERT, T5, and fine-tuning techniques - Deep understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architecture, and Knowledge Graphs - Experience in deploying AI models on cloud platforms and integrating them with enterprise applications - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
