About the Job: Nielsen is hiring a Senior AI Data Scientist / Member Technical Staff II to join the Gracenote team in Bengaluru. Role and Responsibilities: • Define and execute the AI/ML strategy for content generation, entity matching, and image processing. • Develop next-generation content systems using Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP). • Architect scalable platforms to support real-time and batch processing of media-rich datasets. • Improve computer vision models for automated video summarization and content tagging. • Oversee MLOps infrastructure to ensure robust deployment, monitoring, and quality control of models. • Implement industry-standard best practices for data quality and model performance. • Mentor and grow a team of data scientists and engineers, driving AI-powered innovation. • Stay current with emerging research in deep learning and media tech to integrate into practical applications. Eligibility: Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. Professional Experience: 4+ years of experience in data science and machine learning. Technical Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in Python, SQL, and Big Data tools (Spark, Kafka, Airflow). Specialization: Extensive experience in RAG, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision. Leadership: Proven track record in building and scaling data science teams. Infrastructure: Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-based AI services.
