Location: New Delhi / Delhi NCR (On-site) Compensation: ₹18L – ₹24L PA (Monthly: ₹1.5L - ₹2.0L In-hand) + Performance Bonus Experience: 5+ Years (Strictly Mandatory) We are looking for a Heavy-hitter AI Engineer who has specifically built and deployed production-grade Real-time Voice Agents. If you haven't mastered LiveKit, WebRTC, and LLM Fine-tuning for sub-500ms latency, this role is not for you. What You Must Bring • 5+ Years of Production Experience • The Voice Stack: Deep expertise in LiveKit Agents Framework, WebRTC, and VAD (Voice Activity Detection). • LLM Ops: Experience fine-tuning Llama 3/Mistral (using LoRA/QLoRA). • The Latency Obsession: You know how to handle interruption logic and stream audio without lag using Python Asyncio. • Multilingual Expertise: Production experience with Deepgram/Whisper for Hindi, Arabic, and regional Indian languages.
