We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI Engineer to lead the development and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions. Key Responsibilities AI/ML Solution Development - Lead the design, development, and deployment of GenAI models and intelligent agents. - Manage the full lifecycle of AI/ML projects—from use case definition and data preparation to model training, deployment, and monitoring. - Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for internal applications and optimize prompts for NLP tasks. - Extract structured insights from unstructured documents using advanced AI techniques. System Architecture & Engineering - Architect and implement scalable AI/ML systems across cloud and on-premise environments. - Design and evolve AI/ML pipelines and software architecture to support continuous delivery and model lifecycle management. - Automate batch inference workflows and integrate AI features into both internal tools and customer-facing products. #LI-RT1
