This is an opportunity to develop new AI capabilities from the ground up, collaborate directly with experts, and make a tangible impact on climate. What You’ll Work On: - Build and deploy intelligent agentic workflows using LLMs, retrieval systems, and multi-step reasoning that integrate with our data and software ecosystem. - Design robust pipelines for the extraction and processing of information from unstructured data. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate real user needs into scalable AI solutions. - Lead performance evaluation, reliability improvements, and safe deployment of AI systems. - Shape our AI strategy and contribute to high-impact product initiatives. What You Bring: - 2+ years of experience building Agentic AI LLM applications. - Proficient in Python and familiarity with modern AI frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI Agents/Assistants, LlamaIndex, etc.). - Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, prompt design, and agent orchestration. - Ability to design multi-step agentic systems that interact with external APIs and tools. - Strong software fundamentals: testing, CI/CD, code quality, cloud infra (AWS preferred). - Collaborative mindset and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment. Nice to Have: - Experience with scientific or technical data domains. - Familiarity with document-processing, PDF parsing, or IR systems. - MLOps experience (monitoring, observability, scaling). - Interest in climate, sustainability, or environmental intelligence.
