About the Role: Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with 8–10 years of experience to design and deliver advanced AI-driven solutions in the healthcare domain. This role focuses on building scalable, production-grade AI/ML systems while leveraging modern AI frameworks and coding tools. It is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful healthcare innovations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive architectural excellence in AI engineering. Key Responsibilities: • Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions for healthcare applications • Develop, optimize, and deploy AI models and intelligent systems • Leverage AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Git workflows, AI copilots) to improve development efficiency • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and healthcare experts • Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of AI systems (e.g., HIPAA standards) • Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in AI engineering • Drive innovation using LLMs, generative AI, and modern AI frameworks Required Skills: • 8–10 years of experience in software engineering with AI/ML focus • Strong experience in solution architecture and system design • Proficiency in Python • Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) • Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) • Experience deploying AI models in production environments • Familiarity with Git and version control best practices • Experience using AI coding assistants (Copilot, Claude-based tools, etc.) • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering • Mandatory experience in Healthcare / HealthTech domain Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI • Familiarity with MLOps pipelines and CI/CD integration • Exposure to data engineering and big data tools • Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Keywords: Senior AI Engineer, AI/ML, Healthcare AI, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LLMs, Generative AI, MLOps, CI/CD, Cloud Computing, AWS, Azure, GCP, Microservices, APIs, HIPAA, AI Architecture
