About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior AI Engineer with a strong background in Copilot agent development and context engineering. This role is pivotal in designing intelligent context-aware AI systems that enhance user productivity and decision-making across enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of Copilot-style AI agents for enterprise-grade applications. Architect and implement context-aware systems that dynamically adapt to user intent workflows and domain-specific knowledge. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and data scientists to deliver seamless AI experiences. Develop and optimize prompt engineering frameworks, memory systems, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. Integrate LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) with structured and unstructured data sources to enhance agent capabilities. Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI solutions in production environments. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in AI development and deployment. Required Qualifications 8 years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in AIML or LLM-based systems. Proven experience building Copilot agents, virtual assistants, or intelligent automation tools. Strong understanding of context engineering including memory management, user modeling, and personalization. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages used in AI development. Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.). Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and embedding models. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow). Knowledge of prompt tuning, fine-tuning, and evaluation of LLMs. Exposure to multimodal AI systems (text, image, voice). Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in the field. Mandatory Skills • hands-on experience with Copilot & LLM and Context Engineering. • Knowledge of Python.
