About the job

As a Senior AI / ML Engineer specializing in Python, NLP, LLM, and Generative AI, you will be tasked with solving complex problems and developing high-impact products in a fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will include: Building and deploying ML / NLP / LLM / Generative-AI models and solutions. Developing data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and training / validation processes. Implementing end-to-end AI product components using Python, FastAPI, Docker, CI / CD, and AWS. Working with agentic frameworks, vector databases, embeddings, RAG, and hybrid search. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensuring scalability, performance, and quality across the AI / ML lifecycle. Mentoring junior engineers and supporting technical decision-making. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: 4-7 years of ML / AI engineering experience with a strong proficiency in Python. Hands-on experience with NLP, NLU, LLMs, prompt engineering, and Generative AI. Experience with containerization, CI / CD pipelines, model deployment, and cloud services (AWS preferred). Understanding of LoRA / PEFT, embeddings, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in an Agile environment.
