Job Title: Senior AI/ML & Data Engineering Lead / Principal Data Scientist Location: Gurugram Experience: 10+ Years Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced professional with strong Python programming expertise and deep hands-on experience across AI, ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data Engineering, and Data Science. This role will drive end-to-end design, development, and deployment of advanced data and AI solutions while providing technical leadership to cross-functional teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML and GenAI solutions using Python. - Build and optimize Agentic AI frameworks, LLM-based applications, and intelligent automation. - Lead end-to-end data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and large-scale data platforms. - Develop and productionize ML models for predictive, prescriptive, and generative use cases. - Work on model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and monitoring in production. - Architect data solutions leveraging cloud platforms and big data technologies. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions. - Mentor and guide data scientists, ML engineers, and data engineers. - Ensure best practices in MLOps, DataOps, model governance, and security. - Drive innovation, POCs, and adoption of emerging AI technologies. **Technical Skills & Expertise** - Strong Python coding experience (mandatory). - Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Statistical Modeling. - Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG frameworks, and agent-based architectures. - Experience in Data Engineering: SQL, Spark, Airflow, Kafka, ETL frameworks. - Proficiency in Data Science techniques: feature engineering, model evaluation, experimentation. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP). - Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, CI/CD pipelines). - Familiarity with databases: relational, NoSQL, and data lakes. **Qualifications & Experience** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. - 10+ years of overall experience in Python, AI/ML, Data Engineering, and Data Science. - Proven experience delivering production-grade AI solutions at scale. - Experience working in enterprise or large-scale data environments. **Soft Skills** - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management. - Leadership and mentoring capability. - Ability to work in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
