Job description About the Role We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior AI/ML Developer to join our growing team. You will lead the design and development of intelligent AI systems, agentic applications, and production-grade ML pipelines turning real-world business challenges into scalable AI-powered solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and deploy AI Agents and Agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI • Develop end-to-end Generative AI applications tailored to specific business use cases (RAG pipelines, chatbots, document intelligence, etc.) • Perform LLM fine-tuning and training using techniques such as LoRA, QLoRA, RLHF, and instruction tuning on models like LLaMA, Mistral, or Gemma • Build, train, evaluate, and deploy classical and deep learning ML models for classification, regression, NLP, and computer vision tasks • Integrate LLMs with external tools, APIs, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB), and memory systems • Optimize model performance, latency, and cost for production environments • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI solutions • Stay current with the latest research and apply relevant advancements to ongoing projects Required Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development • Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers) • Proven experience building and deploying LLM-based applications and AI Agents • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and RAG architectures • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for model training and deployment • Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, DVC, Weights & Biases) and CI/CD pipelines • Strong understanding of vector embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge graphs • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for model serving Good to Have • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects • Experience with multimodal models (vision + language) • Knowledge of edge deployment and model quantization • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools for AI systems (LangSmith, Arize, etc.) What We Offer • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects • Collaborative and innovation-driven work culture • Competitive compensation and growth opportunities
