Senior AI/ML Engineer Experience: Minimum 5 years Location: Work from Office, Mohali/Chandigarh Type: Full-time Job Summary We are hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, and machine learning to build intelligent, production-ready AI systems and conversational bots. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with modern AI techniques, model training, problem-solving, and building production-ready systems. Key Responsibilities: - Build and optimize machine learning and deep learning models. - Work with large datasets for training, validation, and testing. - Develop scalable ML pipelines and APIs. - Deploy models into production using standard engineering practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, leadership). - Design and build AI-powered bots using LLMs and GenAI frameworks. - Develop, fine-tune, and optimize large language models for various conversational and analytical tasks. - Perform research and stay updated with the latest AI advancements. - Maintain documentation, model performance metrics, and ensure continuous improvements. Educational Qualification: - Bachelor’s or Master’s (Master's Preferred) degree in: - Computer Science - Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning - Data Science - Engineering (CSE/ECE/IT) - Or an equivalent strong academic background. Professional Experience: - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning. - Demonstrated experience in training and deploying ML models. - Practical experience building bots or conversational AI systems. - Experience working on end-to-end AI projects in a production environment. - Strong problem-solving and algorithmic thinking. Technical Skills: - Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn). - Experience with Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow). - Understanding of modern ML techniques, model evaluation, feature engineering, and optimization. - Experience building and deploying APIs (FastAPI/Flask/Django). - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and version control (Git). - Familiarity with data engineering concepts and model lifecycle management. Soft Skills: - Strong communication and documentation ability. - Ability to take ownership and work independently. - Team-oriented, proactive, and driven mindset. - Ability to translate complex problems into practical solutions.
