Senior AI/ML Engineer

About the job

We are hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, and machine learning to build intelligent, production-ready AI systems and conversational bots. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with modern AI techniques, model training, problem-solving, and building production-ready systems. Key Responsibilities • Build and optimize machine learning and deep learning models. • Work with large datasets for training, validation, and testing. • Develop scalable ML pipelines and APIs. • Deploy models into production using standard engineering practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, leadership). • Design and build AI-powered bots using LLMs and GenAI frameworks. • Develop, fine-tune, and optimize large language models for various conversational and analytical tasks. • Perform research and stay updated with the latest AI advancements. • Maintain documentation, model performance metrics, and ensure continuous improvements. Educational Qualification - Bachelor’s or Master’s (Master's Preferred) degree in: o Computer Science o Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning o Data Science o Engineering (CSE/ECE/IT) o Or an equivalent strong academic background Professional Experience • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning. • Demonstrated experience in training and deploying ML models. • Practical experience building bots or conversational AI systems . • Experience working on end-to-end AI projects in a production environment. • Strong problem-solving and algorithmic thinking. Technical Skills • Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn). • Experience with Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow). • Understanding of modern ML techniques, model evaluation, feature engineering, and optimization. • Experience building and deploying APIs (FastAPI/Flask/Django). • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and version control (Git).
