Senior AI/ML Engineer

About the job

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer specializing in Python, NLP/LLM, and Generative AI, you will be responsible for solving complex problems and delivering high-impact products in a fast-moving environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and deploying ML/NLP/LLM/Generative-AI models and solutions. - Developing data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and training/validation processes. - Implementing end-to-end AI product components using Python, FastAPI, Docker, CI/CD, and AWS. - Working with agentic frameworks, vector databases, embeddings, RAG, and hybrid search. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Ensuring scalability, performance, and quality across the AI/ML lifecycle. - Mentoring junior engineers and supporting technical decision-making. In order to excel in this role, you should bring: - 4-7 years of ML/AI engineering experience with strong Python skills. - Hands-on experience with NLP, NLU, LLMs, prompt engineering, and Generative AI. - Experience with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, and cloud services (AWS preferred). - Understanding of LoRA/PEFT, embeddings, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent systems. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
