Responsibilities • Partner with Business Leaders: Collaborate with stakeholders to deeply understand products, consumer touchpoints, data streams, and reporting needs, transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. • Campaign Performance Analysis: Evaluate marketing campaigns across multiple channels, delivering clear insights on ROI, CPA, CTR, and engagement metrics to optimize performance and maximize impact. • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate complex business challenges, identify underlying issues, and provide data-driven recommendations for corrective actions and process improvements. • Data Visualization & Storytelling: Design and deliver compelling dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, ensuring insights and trends are communicated effectively to diverse audiences. • Multi-Source Data Interpretation: Analyze and interpret data from platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other sources to uncover patterns and opportunities. • Insightful Reporting & Presentations: Present findings through well-structured documentation and engaging stakeholder presentations, enabling informed decision-making at all levels. Qualifications and Prerequisites • Experience: 3–5 years in a data-driven role such as Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Data Analyst, with a proven track record of leveraging data to influence business decisions. • Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical mindset and a passion for uncovering insights, solving complex business problems, and driving measurable impact. • Technical Proficiency: • Advanced expertise in Power BI (including Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and visualization). • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and campaign performance data. • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying large datasets. • Excellent command of Excel, including pivot tables and solver functions for advanced analysis. • Data Interpretation & Reporting: Ability to work with large data sets, organize and transform data into meaningful reports, and present findings clearly to stakeholders. • Marketing & Web Analytics Knowledge: Familiarity with paid search data, campaign analysis, and a solid understanding of key website metrics such as engagement rate, CTR, CPA, and traffic sources.
