Senior Analyst – Investment Banking -Financial Modelling-Valuations -2 Years -Noida Location –Gurugram | Hybrid Domain -Banking and Non-Banking Sector This role offers an opportunity to work in a high-impact Investment Banking and Investment Research environment, supporting Private Equity, M&A, and investment teams on complex analytical assignments. The role involves financial modelling, valuation, market research, and deal analysis, working closely with global stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setup. Your Future Employer –A global research and analytics platform partnering with investment banks, private equity firms, and institutional investors to deliver data-driven insights and transaction support. Responsibilities – • Execute investment research, equity research, and deal support assignments across PE and M&A transactions • Build and review financial models including DCF, LBO, Comparable Companies, and SOTP valuations • Perform financial statement analysis, earnings analysis, KPI-driven projections, and sensitivity analysis • Conduct market research, target screening, company benchmarking, and due diligence • Support preparation of investment memorandums, information decks, and client-ready presentations • Interpret research briefs and deliver error-free outputs under tight timelines • Present insights and findings to internal and external stakeholders with clarity and confidence Requirements – • 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Investment Research, Equity Research, or PE support roles • Strong hands-on expertise in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and earnings analysis • Excellent understanding of three financial statements and their interlinkages • Experience working with financial databases and research platforms • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills • Qualification in CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) preferred What is in it for you – • Direct exposure to global PE, M&A, and investment banking mandates • Opportunity to work on live deals and transaction-driven analysis • Hybrid working model and collaborative global environment • Steep learning curve across industries, valuation techniques, and deal life cycles Reach us –If this opportunity aligns with your career aspirations, share your updated CV for a confidential discussion parul.arora@crescendogroup.in Disclaimer –This opportunity is offered without discrimination and is purely merit-based.
