Research and Advisory Services The Financial Crime and Compliance (FCC) technology and services team focuses on current and emerging trends across the FCC lifecycle (e.g., sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, KYC/CTF, fraud prevention, case management, investigations, and regulatory change management) and assesses how these trends shape corresponding software products, platforms, data models, and operational ecosystems. This includes monitoring specialist FCC technology vendors, broader data and analytics platforms, digital workflow and case management solutions, and managed services/BPaaS providers that support end-to-end or modular FCC processes. The Senior Analyst will contribute to the research program by producing high-quality, original research and custom advisory projects. Education & experience ~ Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred (preferably from Tier-1 B-School) ~ Experience in at least one product/platform used in FCC industry (such as Nice Actimize, Moody's, Quantexa, ComplyAdvantage or screening platforms such as LexisNexis Risk Solutions, LSEG World-Check, or Symphony AI ) is a must ~ 2 to 4 years of work experience as one of the following: ~ Business analyst leading configuration or implementation of FCC technology platforms as mentioned above ~ Strong understanding of products/platforms used in banking and financial services and their features and functionalities ~ History of excellence in academics, personal, and vocational achievements.
