Job Summary: The Senior Analyst plays a key role in delivering data-driven insights to support Pro & Promotions Data Intelligence. This role involves conducting quantitative analysis, ensuring data accuracy, and translating findings into actionable recommendations for product development. Key responsibilities include: • Gathering, wrangling, and analyzing disparate data sources using best practices. • Performing statistical and quantitative analysis to identify trends and anomalies. • Collaborating with Product Managers, Analysts and Engineers to achieve product goals. • Utilizing SQL and/or Python to query, summarize, and visualize data for stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to drive impactful business decisions through data. Roles & Responsibilities: • Strong Analytical & Technical Skills – Independently select the best tools and methods to deliver relevant insights and recommendations. • Data Domain Expertise – Become a subject matter expert in the relevant data domain. • Advanced Analytics & Insights – Apply statistical techniques to drive actionable recommendations, handling small projects with minimal oversight. • Data Accuracy & Reporting – Ensure reliable data and metrics for reporting and analytics. • Process Automation – Identify and implement automation opportunities for recurring manual tasks. • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with data engineers, software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to develop data-driven solutions. • Continuous Learning – Stay updated on business solutions, tools, and frameworks while expanding skill sets through peer collaboration.
