Job Title: Senior Analyst – Business Analytics Location: Hyderabad (Onsite) Experience: 2+Year Job Type: Full-Time Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Note: Opportunity for Disability person only Job Description: Key Responsibilities & Summary • Refresh reports with latest insights to synthesize key business information. • Create dashboards to visualize information for diverse functional areas. • Employ technology and processes to improve quality and productivity. • Support planning for finance, manufacturing, and commercial departments. • Manage projects efficiently and coordinate across international matrix teams. Skills: • BI Tools: PowerBI or Tableau for dashboard synthesis. • Analytics: Advanced analytical and statistical techniques. • Process Tools: Automation tools for planning speed and scale. Experience & Industry Preference: • Pharma Experience: Experience with Pharma Commercial Analytics and Dashboard development preferred. • Years: Minimum 2-4 years in business or patient analytics.
