Key Responsibilities • Implement various Finance initiatives and actions as per the given organizational guidelines. • Contribute as part of a team and also as an individual contributor within Business Finance or Corporate Finance, working under supervision. • FP&A experience in International Automotive OEM brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Renault, Volkswagen, Volvo, Stellantis, etc. • Exposure to European manufacturing operations or manufacturing experience outside India, ideally from global automotive plants. • Communicate with internal subsystems (Delivery Teams, Client Executives, Management Teams) in a timely manner to resolve queries. • Take ownership of P&L activities and prepare KPI reports for qualitative and decision-support analysis. • Implement and ensure effective business controls through review, analysis, and verification processes. • Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support business decision-making. • Resolve and address finance-related queries on a day-to-day basis. • Handle one or more components of large execution plans or financial projects. • Collaborate with internal departments to meet financial reporting and operational needs.
