Senior Analyst - Corporate Advisory Services (ESG Team)

About the job

Job Description - • Gather and analyze data on coverage sector and corporates; analyze emerging trends/themes in the industry and draft research reports and aid content creation for ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) research. • Data collection and research tasks such as review of websites, annual reports, sustainability reporting frameworks & working on sustainability reporting. • Answer queries from and interact with clients across business units. • Analyze the ESG Reports, CSR Report, Proxy statement and website of a company to fetch relevant information for benchmarking purpose. • Understand and analyze company Policies, Processes and Commitments towards the ESG targets/goals. • Create ESG related SOPs, Operational frameworks, and process guidelines. • Emissions tracking and work on de-carbonization strategy development and work with ESG advisors to develop & implement best practices. • Developing focus areas for ESG in HR, Administrative, Customer, and other stakeholders.
